Who can use it
Vegan's Loadbook is a free public beta — and access is deliberately controlled.
Free during the beta
While the app is in beta it is free to use. What happens after beta hasn't been decided; if that changes, you'll be told before anything changes for you.
Access is by approval
There is no open download. Builds are distributed only to people we authorize — during the beta, by email. The email-gated download flow is being set up now; until it's live, this site is a placeholder.
Where it's available
The beta is opening first in the USA and Ukraine. Eligible use of the software is limited to:
- Ukraine
- the United States of America
- NATO member countries
The software is not licensed for use from, in, or on behalf of anywhere else.
Why we restrict it
This is precision exterior- and interior-ballistics software. We will not make it available where it could be turned against Ukraine or its allies. In particular, it may not be used by or for the armed forces of the Russian Federation or Belarus, or by anyone engaged in or supporting armed aggression against Ukraine — and you must comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions law. The full terms are in the license.
It's still a referee
Eligibility doesn't change what the software is: a simulation and record-keeping tool, not load data. It never recommends a charge and never declares a load safe. See the honesty boundary.
