Honest tools for people
who care about the details.
veg.tools makes local-first software that respects you — no accounts, no cloud lock-in, and no cheerleading. Just careful instruments that tell you the truth and keep your data yours.
The tools
One out today, more on the bench. Every one plays by the same rules.
Vegan's Loadbook
A referee for your handloads. It predicts a load's velocity, pressure, and trajectory — and referees your range data with honest statistics. Referee, not cheerleader.

We're building the next one. Same promise: local-first, honest about uncertainty, and yours to keep. No hype until it's real.
How we build
A short list we don't break — because the tools are only worth using if you can trust them.
Local-first
Your data lives on your device. Sync it to your other devices over your own network or a shared folder — nothing ever passes through a server we run.
No accounts, ever
The app has no login, no tracking, no subscription quietly billing your card. (The beta is free, and access is by approval — but the app itself never asks you to sign in.)
Honest by design
We show uncertainty instead of hiding it. Predictions carry intervals and grades; the statistics referee your data instead of flattering it.
Yours to keep
Native apps, open export formats, everything on disk in plain files. Walk away any time and take your data with you.
